Against the skies of both Bibione and Lignano, you can see from more than 25 years the “Bandiera Blu” standing out, the best award that certifies the water quality, the beach cleanliness, the touristic structures and services offered.
In addition, the two localities are ISO 1400 certified.
For the territory’s sustainable development and defense, Bibione is the first touristic city that got mark EMAS, and in 2016 Bibione and Lignano obtained also the “Bandiera Verde” from pediatricians for the quality and variety of services dedicated to kids, that certify the excellence of the cities as destinations for family holidays.
